Why isnt the Instant Pricing System working?

As Internet security tightens, default web browser settings can "disable" the Instant pricing function of our site. 

To enable, simply reduce your Internet browser Security setting (Through settings) from High to Med-High and it should work.

We use Java throughout our website, and High security setttings in your Internet browser, disable this functionality. 
(Java is used everywhere from Mobile phones, Blu-Ray players, Cars, etc... so is totally safe. Be sure to keep it up to date)

When/Where do I pay for my order?

Payment is not needed during the order process on our website. Once your promotional products order is complete, an invoice will be issued for payment. Preferred payment methods include EFT and Cheque. Credit Cards are accepted via the PayPal payment gateway (Visa and Mastercard only), however Bank Fees do apply.


How do I get Instant Prices on Promotional Items?

What is "Position 1, Position 2 ... when getting prices on my selected marketing item?

The term "Position" refers to the available decoration location/side on the given item, and is directly linked to the process of "setting up" to apply the requested decoration onto your product.

EG - To embroider a Cap on the Front and Side would require 2 positions of decoration as the embroidery can not be applied to both locations in the one process.


Can I Print a Quote?

Yes, you sure can! - Once you've entered your required decoration and quantity for the desired product, click on 'Get Price"

Will I see an artwork proof for approval prior to production?

Yes, all items that require decoration will be proofed for approval prior to production/manufacture. In most situations, this will be a product line drawing with appropriate logo/artwork placement sent as a PDF file via email. 

It is during the art approval process that product sizes and colours will be confirmed as required.


How do I upload my Artwork?

Your art files can be emailed to Contact Us.. To assist, this is also referenced in the Promotional Products Order Confirmation email you will receive after successful submission of your purchase.

Where do I select the Promotional Product Colour and Sizes when ordering?

Merchandise Item colours and sizes will be confirmed with you during the art approval process. This follows the placement of your order.
